What do you feel and think when you hear the above statement?
What about this one, “Why are you so mad, it’s not that big of a deal?”, or “Get over it”, or “Can’t you just let it go”, or….

What would happen for you, if you felt safe to feel the emotions that come up? How would life change if you did not feel judged when you felt sad, angry, hurt, etc..?

Today I invite you to feel your emotions, do not allow others to shut them down. Instead lean into them, experience them, sink into their expression, as you do, they will release.
I also encourage you to experience the powerful connection available to you when you Truly Listen to someone sharing their emotions. Creating the Safe Place for them to BE.
