Taking the time in our busy world to quiet ourselves, feel, and just BE is a growing challenge. However, it is one of the most precious gifts you can grace yourself and others with. In that quiet still space you can feel your heart, hear your breathing and feel the layers of your own presence.
We are taught to DO, to be busy, to accomplish, to go after goals, to manifest, the list goes on and on… While all that is wonderful and it can help you to achieve, it can also clutter your ability to hear your true heart desires. If you do not listen to your inner calling, the day may come when you lie upon the bed of regret – looking back and knowing it is too late.
This week as we explore “Domestication” it is key to sit in the quietness of your own Beingness, to give space for YOUR TRUTH to surface. As you grace yourself with this gift you will hear and know what works in your life and what does not.
Sit with yourself quietly. Start with five minutes, then ten, and before you know it you will build it up to twenty minutes – a rejuvenation of the spirit. It will open up the space for your creative, vibrant, joyful, peaceful and loving self to awaken.
